Faith and Endurance

² Dear brothers and sisters, when troubles of any kind come your way, consider it an opportunity for great joy. ³ For you know that when your faith is tested, your endurance has a chance to grow. ⁴ So let it grow, for when your endurance is fully developed, you will be perfect and complete, needing nothing.

The Holiday Season can be a time of great joy and a time of great sorrow. Just remember, men, when troubles come your way, or when you are feeling low, you are not alone. Take that time as an opportunity to lean on the Lord. Think of it as an opportunity to get closer to Jesus. When your faith is tested and you make it through, you grow. It is a chance to grow closer to Jesus. So, go through joyful times and go through sorrowful times. Go through all times with the Lord. You will develop your relationship with our Lord Jesus, and you will develop your endurance.
