Now I make known to you, brethren, the gospel which I preached to you, which also you received, in which also you stand, by which also you are saved, if you hold fast the word which I preached to you, unless you believed in vain.
1 Corinthians 15:1-2 NASB
I’m have once again made the pilgrimage to the center of the archery universe, the Archery Trade Association show in Indianapolis. It’s been a hectic couple days, thus far but great as always.
I consider myself extraordinarily blessed to be able to be a part of something that brings me such joy and fulfillment. Events like this serve to renew my enthusiasm and prepare me to better serve my Back 40 Archery customers.
The greatest blessing for me, however, is seeing the abundance of unfettered witness going on all around me. It’s not surprising to find such a deeply rooted love for Lord in the archery community. However, I’m never unmoved by the open displays of faith by so many, despite the hustle and bustle of the grind everyone is under.
It serves as a tremendous reminder, that regardless of what we are doing, or going through, our first responsibility and focus is to be on Him, our relationship with Him, and our dissemination of the gospel promise. So, draw near to Him, go forth, be light and salt. Share the good news everywhere, always, just like the folks surrounding me here in Indianapolis! All glory to God! Have a blessed weekend!
In full pursuit of the greatest Trophy,
Scott Pace
PS. I apologize for the brevity of today’s commentary and any typos. For some unknown reason, I was unable to connect to Wi-Fi on my laptop. So, I had to draft this in my phone. Thanks for your understanding. I hope it still serves the purpose for which God intended.
