God’s Angel to Prepare the Way
20 “See, I am sending an angel ahead of you to guard you along the way and to bring you to the place I have prepared. 21 Pay attention to him and listen to what he says. Do not rebel against him; he will not forgive your rebellion, since my Name is in him.
I found that this angel was a manifestation of God. God is not present in all angels in this way, but he was here. Angels are God’s created messengers. This was a special purpose, so it was a way for God to make himself known. God was present in the angel just like he was present in the pillar of cloud by day and the pillar of fire by night for the Israelites. God’s power is made known by him through the means that is best for the situation, and God decides how that will be. How has God made himself known to you? Look for God in your life every day and invite him into your heart and life.
