Believer’s Confidence

⁸ I keep my eyes always on the Lord.
    With him at my right hand, I will not be shaken.

A believer has a unique sense of security that is not felt by nonbelievers. God does not exempt believers from the day to day circumstances of life, but a believer does have confidence through the Lord. There may be trouble, pain, and failure, but a believer has a sense of hope about life. A believer has a purpose. When you seek God, you can move ahead with confidence knowing that God will keep you from straying off his chosen path.
