Ecclesiastes 4:9-12 New International Version (NIV)
9 Two are better than one,
because they have a good return for their labor:
10 If either of them falls down,
one can help the other up.
But pity anyone who falls
and has no one to help them up.
11 Also, if two lie down together, they will keep warm.
But how can one keep warm alone?
12 Though one may be overpowered,
two can defend themselves.
A cord of three strands is not quickly broken.
Dear Lord, I am never alone. You are with me always and forever. You put people into my life, and you put me into other people’s lives so we can comfort each other, help each other, and befriend each other. Fellowship is good for the heart and the soul, and you know that two are better than one. And where two pray in agreement, you are there with us in agreement for when we pray in Jesus’ Name, we pray the will of our Lord. I am to get to know you, Jesus, for when I know my Creator, I can know His mind, and I can have close fellowship. Thank you for your Word and Commands. In Jesus’ Name I Pray, Amen.
