Hebrews 11:6New International Version (NIV)
6 And without faith it is impossible to please God, because anyone who comes to him must believe that he exists and that he rewards those who earnestly seek him.
God helps me to grow and nurture a kind of faith that can approach him with confidence. God gives us the means to have faith and how to get it. Read the New Testament. Faith comes from hearing the Word. Faith comes from reading the Word. Faith comes from Christ and hearing the Word of Christ.
Dear Father, Grow and mature my faith. Guide me in approaching you with confidence. Thank you for your Word. When I read and hear your Word, my faith grows. Thank you. In Jesus’ Name I Pray, Amen.
