5 The arrogant cannot stand
in your presence.
You hate all who do wrong;
God cannot excuse even the smallest sin. You cannot excuse yourself for sinning just a little bit. As you grow in your relationship with God, your sensitivity to sin will increase. You will be more aware of sin. You will be more intolerant of sin. You will be more willing to change. Believers in Jesus Christ should strive to be more tolerant of people, BUT less tolerant of sin. What is your reaction to sin in your own life? Are you more sensitive to sin? Are you disappointed when you sin? Are you uncomfortable when you sin? That is good. You are on the right path as a believer in God. You have an understanding of how sin hurts life. You have an understanding of wanting to change your life to acknowledge when you sin, ask for forgiveness, ask for help. and make changes in your life to follow Jesus Christ and sin less.
