Call Out to God for Help

¹ Save me, O God,
    for the waters have come up to my neck.
² I sink in the miry depths,
    where there is no foothold.
I have come into the deep waters;
    the floods engulf me.

You may have times of great suffering, and you question why. You may have been treated very unfairly and abandoned by someone you love. Do not lose your confidence in God. Hold on to your zeal for God, for he is with you in the good times and the bad times. There will be bad times and troubles as you go through life. Take everything to God and trust him to work things out for your good and His Glory because when you go through those times with Him, you strengthen your bond with Him.
