Exodus 2:9-10 New International Version (NIV)
9 Pharaoh’s daughter said to her, “Take this baby and nurse him for me, and I will pay you.” So the woman took the baby and nursed him. 10 When the child grew older, she took him to Pharaoh’s daughter and he became her son. She named him Moses saying, “I drew him out of the water.”
Moses’s mother was reunited with her baby. God used her courageous act of saving and hiding her baby to begin his plan to rescue his people from Egypt. God does not need much from us to accomplish his plans. Try not to focus on your predicaments in a negative and hopeless way because this may paralyze you from doing anything. Instead, concentrate on God and his power to help see your way out or through troubles. Trust God for the way out. Look for doors of opportunity. Try each door. God will begin his work in you, and a door will open.
