How much can people inflict harm on a person? They can inflict pain, suffering, and death. No person can rob you of your soul, or your future beyond this life. How much harm can you do to yourself? The worst thing you could do to yourself is reject God and lose your eternal life. Jesus told us not to be afraid of those who want to kill your body because they cannot touch your soul. God controls this life and the next. If you have not already done so, make sure God is accepted in your life and build your relationship with him. You will be glad you did because there is no greater peace and joy.
