Psalm 77:1-3New Living Translation (NLT)
Psalm 77
1 I cry out to God; yes, I shout.
Oh, that God would listen to me!
2 When I was in deep trouble,
I searched for the Lord.
All night long I prayed, with hands lifted toward heaven,
but my soul was not comforted.
3 I think of God, and I moan,
overwhelmed with longing for his help.
Dear Father, I can cry out to you. You will listen to me. I know you listen to me. When I am in deep trouble, you will help me when I call on your name. I will lift my hands to you. My soul will be comforted. I can tell you my concerns and troubles, and you hear me. There may be times I do not think you hear me, but you do. There may be times I do not feel your comfort right away, but you do what is best for me. Thank you for always being there even when I don’t feel you. I know your are there. Thank you. In Jesus’ Name I Pray, Amen.
