9 Even my close friend,
someone I trusted,
one who shared my bread,
has turned against me.
10 But may you have mercy on me, Lord;
raise me up, that I may repay them.
11 I know that you are pleased with me,
for my enemy does not triumph over me.
12 Because of my integrity you uphold me
and set me in your presence forever.
You may have a friend whom has left you and is no longer a friend. Why does that happen? We have friends for seasons, we have friends for and short time, and we have friends for a lifetime. Look to the Lord is you have a friend whom has gone from your life, and he will comfort you. Cherish your friends that last a lifetime. Every friend has come to your life for a reason and to figure that out is impossible. Just trust God regarding your friendships.
