Philippians 4:6-7
6 Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. 7 And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.
When you put your life in God’s hands, you are putting your trust in God. When you do this, there is a calming effect that takes place in your soul. You know that no matter what, you belong to God. You know that no matter what happens or what you are going through, you know that you are safe. Through Jesus Christ your salvation is locked in. You can NEVER be snatched from His hand.
