All night long I flood my bed with weeping
and drench my couch with tears.
Pour out your heart to God when you have done wrong. Be completely honest when you have sinned. God knows you thoroughly and wants the very best for you. Trust in God’s all powerful character. You do not have to be a victim of circumstances or be weighed down by the guilt of sin. Be honest with God, and he will help you turn your life around. Focus on God and his mercy and grace. Pay less attention to your inward anger or depression. When you put your focus on God and his power, your problems dissolve into godly peace, life and joy.
