Hebrews 13:17-18New International Version (NIV)
17 Have confidence in your leaders and submit to their authority, because they keep watch over you as those who must give an account. Do this so that their work will be a joy, not a burden, for that would be of no benefit to you.
18 Pray for us. We are sure that we have a clear conscience and desire to live honorably in every way.
Dear Father, I will show confidence in the leaders that work over me in the church and community. They keep watch and must give an account. I will show respect and help so that their work will be a joy and not a burden. It is important for me to help and submit to my leaders. This is honoring to you, Lord. Thank you. In Jesus’ Name I Pray, Amen.
