16 Turn to me and be gracious to me,
for I am lonely and afflicted.
17 Relieve the troubles of my heart
and free me from my anguish.
Do the problems in life go from bad to worse? Know that God is the only one who can reverse the downward spiral. He can take your problems and turn them into victories. The first step you need to take, like David, is to cry out. Ask God to turn to you and have mercy. When you are willing to do that, God will do his work in you and in your situation. The next step is yours. God has already made his offer. Will you take him up on that offer? If you do, you will never regret it.
