¹³ Submit yourselves for the Lord’s sake to every human authority: whether to the emperor, as the supreme authority, ¹⁴ or to governors, who are sent by him to punish those who do wrong and to commend those who do right.

Dear Father, May I submit myself for your sake, Lord. I will submit to authority for this is pleasing to you, Lord. It is important for me to be respectful. This shows I am part of your family, Jesus. Thank you. In Jesus’ Name I Pray, Amen.
