16 From him the whole body, joined and held together by every supporting ligament, grows and builds itself up in love, as each part does its work.
Dear Father, From Jesus comes the whole body of Christ. This body is joined together and held together by supporting gifts, talents, and skills. The body of Christ builds itself up in love through all believers. Each person does his or her part of the work in the body of Christ. May I be a supporting part, using my gifts and talents, as well as my skills for the edification of others in the body of Christ. Thank you. In Jesus’ Name I Pray, Amen.
