6 I am worn out from my groaning.

    and drench my couch with tears.

You can pour your heart out to God. You can be completely honest with God about how you are feeling. Even when you are filled with anger and despair, you can tell God. God knows you, and he wants the best for you. When you are honest with God, he will help you turn your attention from yourself to him and his mercy.
