People generally are as happy as they choose to be. This is a quote by good old Abe Lincoln. What a good quote, but the key to it is ‘choose’. Each day we have a choice to do the following three things in life.
- Always do what is right.
- Always do your best at whatever you do.
- Always trust others the way you want to be trusted.
Jesus put is even simpler. Love your neighbor as yourself. Choosing to do right is a pathway to living a full life not about you, but about other people. What will your choice be today?
