Love in Action
“Beloved, let us love one another, for love is from God… Beloved, if God so loved us, we also ought to love one another.” — 1 John 4:7, 11 (NKJV)
Because we have received unconditional love, we are empowered to give it. Godly love is not just a feeling; it is a choice to be patient, kind, and forgiving, even when it is difficult. Our love for others is the ultimate reflection of His love for us.
Jesus, thank You for Your example of love. Give me Your eyes and heart to see the people around me as You see them. Help me to lay down my selfishness and love others with Your patience and kindness. Amen.
