Faith and Endurance

² Dear brothers and sisters, when troubles of any kind come your way, consider it an opportunity for great joy. ³ For you know that when your faith is tested, your endurance has a chance to grow. ⁴ So let it grow, for when your endurance is fully developed, you will be perfect and complete, needing nothing.

Dear Father, When trouble comes my way, I will consider it an opportunity to get to know you better and to rely on you. You say when my faith is tested, my endurance will grow. So I will let it grow. When my endurance is developing, I am on my way to being complete in you, Jesus. Thank you. In Jesus’ Name I Pray, Amen.
