¹³ The king is pleased with words from righteous lips;
    he loves those who speak honestly.

¹⁴ The anger of the king is a deadly threat;
    the wise will try to appease it.

Dear Father, I need to always speak in righteousness. I need to always do what is right in your eyes, Lord. You love it when I speak in honesty in edification and love for others. Jesus, I want to follow your example and strive to be more like you each and every day. May I always continue to come to you first in all parts of my life. Thank you. In Jesus’ Name I Pray, Amen.
