Do not worry.

    but those who hope in the Lord will inherit the land.

When you lose your temper, you reveal a lack of faith in God. Do not worry. Trust God. Give yourself for safe keeping. Avoid dwelling on problems, but concentrate on God and his goodness. You will find peace. Where are you focusing your attention?
