Sherri G. is our first teacher leader for Vital Women. The study is called ” Get out of your head” by Jennie Allen. It’s a study in the book of Philippians. It teaches us to capture our thoughts, stop the spiral of toxic thoughts and face Jesus. It replaces the worlds lies with God’s truths.
