2 My dear children, I write this to you so that you will not sin. But if anybody does sin, we have an advocate with the Father—Jesus Christ, the Righteous One. 2 He is the atoning sacrifice for our sins, and not only for ours but also for the sins of the whole world.
Dear Father, I know there will be times when I make a wrong decision and sin. Thank you in that I know I have Jesus as my advocate with you, Father. Jesus is the Righteous One. I will repent and learn from my mistakes through Jesus and with the help of the Holy Spirit as my Helper. Thank you, Jesus for atoning for my sins. Thank you. In Jesus’ Name I Pray, Amen.
