“Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged, for the LORD your God will be with you wherever you go.” — Joshua 1:9 (NIV)
Reflection: God commanded Joshua to be brave because his strength was based on God’s presence, not his own capability. When facing a new, daunting task, remember that God’s presence is constant, not based on your feelings. He promises to walk with you through every step.
Prayer: Lord, thank you that I am never walking alone. When I feel overwhelmed, help me trust Your presence and take the next step with boldness.
