Scripture:
“So, if you think you are standing firm, be careful that you don’t fall!” 1 Corinthians 10:12
Lesson:
By working the Celebrate Recovery principles and following Christ’s directions, the foundation of your life has been rebuilt! You will see major changes in your life, if you haven’t already. This is where we come to the CROSSROADS of our recovery. This is where we will live out our recoveries for the rest of our time here on earth:
Take time to do a daily inventory
This is the “what”: We continued to take personal inventory…
E – Evaluate the good and the bad parts of our day:
This is the “why”: …and when we were wrong…
N – Need to admit our wrongs promptly:
This is the “then what”: …promptly admitted it.
Life Application:
This week, take a few minutes each day to practice a daily inventory, honestly writing down the good and the bad. Look for any persistent patterns or recurring issues where you find yourself needing to make amends. Take these discoveries to your sponsor or accountability partner, and together—anchored in God’s strength—create a personal action plan to find true freedom.
