“Who am I, Lord God, and what is my family, that you have brought me this far?

There are five words that are a part of effective prayer: ‘Do as you have said.’  When the Lord says it, he will do it. If God has said he will do something, and you ask Him to do it, you can know that he will do it. God’s promises reveal his will.

Dear Father, Let the things that you have spoken, Lord, be revealed and put in place. I do not speak it. I look to your promises and claim them for my life. Everything is far beyond what I can even think about or wish for. When you say it, Lord, please do it, for you have plans to prosper me, and not to harm me, to bring me hope and a future. Thank you. In Jesus’ Name I Pray, Amen.
