Psalm 100:1-4 New International Version (NIV)
Psalm 100
A psalm. For giving grateful praise.
1 Shout for joy to the Lord, all the earth.
2 Worship the Lord with gladness;
come before him with joyful songs.
3 Know that the Lord is God.
It is he who made us, and we are his;
we are his people, the sheep of his pasture.
4 Enter his gates with thanksgiving
and his courts with praise;
give thanks to him and praise his name.
When we enter His gates with thanksgiving, and His courts with praise, and give thanks to God, and bless His Name; this leads us into His presence. We get through the gates with thanksgiving. Next, we get through His courts with praise. Then, we are there in His presence.
Dear Father, When I give thanksgiving, I get to enter through your gates. When I praise you, God, I get to enter your courts. I get to be in your presence. In your presence, I am undone. I am thankful to be your child and in your family. Thank you. In Jesus’ Name I Pray, Amen.
