12 “Do not lay a hand on the boy,” he said. “Do not do anything to him. Now I know that you fear God, because you have not withheld from me your son, your only son.”
It can be very difficult to let go of what you deeply love. Yet, when you give to God what he asks, he will return to you far more that you could dream. The spiritual benefits of God’s blessing far outweigh the sacrifices we may make. Do not withhold your love, your family, or your time from God. Give them to him. Trust him. He will provide.
