Have you been rejected?

⁸ My heart says of you, “Seek his face!”
    Your face, Lord, I will seek.

    do not turn your servant away in anger;
    you have been my helper.
Do not reject me or forsake me,
    God my Savior.
¹⁰ Though my father and mother forsake me,

Many of us have been rejected or abandoned. There are broken homes, differences in beliefs, addictions, and psychological isolation. These can leave us crippled. Even as adults, the pain may linger. God can take that place in our life. He can fill the void. He can heal the hurt. He can direct you to those who can help you. Remember, God’s love is sufficient for all your needs.
