¹⁷ So I tell you this, and insist on it in the Lord, that you must no longer live as the Gentiles do, in the futility of their thinking. ¹⁸ They are darkened in their understanding and separated from the life of God because of the ignorance that is in them due to the hardening of their hearts.

Dear Father, May I no longer live as an unbeliever. There is futility apart from faith. There is darkness outside of faith. There is misunderstanding when there is separation from faith and from the life of God. Outside of the Lord there is ignorance. So, may I keep my heart soft and may my faith grow and mature as I get to know my Lord and Savior. In Jesus’ Name I Pray, Amen.
