God’s Promise to David
17 After David was settled in his palace, he said to Nathan the prophet, “Here I am, living in a house of cedar, while the ark of the covenant of the Lord is under a tent.”
How do you know the will of God? Read the Word of God to reveal his will. The Word is packed with promises. Look to God for direction. God’s Word is full of precious promises.
Dear Father, when I find a promise in your Word, this is God’s will for me. I know that you never promise anything that is not your will, Father. I will pray according to your Word because your will is revealed in your Word. Thank you. In Jesus’ Name I Pray, Amen.
