Ephesians 4:25-27New International Version (NIV)
25 Therefore each of you must put off falsehood and speak truthfully to your neighbor, for we are all members of one body. 26 “In your anger do not sin”: Do not let the sun go down while you are still angry, 27 and do not give the devil a foothold.
Dear Father, May I put off falsehood. May I speak truth. I am a member of one body, the body of Christ. May I work to not sin in anger. May I not let the sun to go down while I am angry. May I avoid temptation and to keep the devil from having any foothold in my life. I will bring all things, concerns, and issues to God. By his grace and mercy, I can stand in Jesus. When I take all things to Jesus, he will be there for me. When I repent and ask for forgiveness, he forgives me. I can grow and mature and become more and more like you, Jesus. Thank you. In Jesus’ Name I Pray, Amen.
