The Sword of the Spirit (Ephesians 6:17) Take the helmet of salvation and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God.

Devotion: The Word of God is your only offensive weapon. Like Jesus, you can use Scripture to fight temptation and declare victory.

Prayer: Father, I take up the sword of the Spirit, which is Your Word. Help me to know it, speak it, and live by it.
