9 Joshua said to the Israelites, “Come here and listen to the words of the Lord your God.
Just before crossing over into the Promised Land, Joshua gathered the people to hear the Words of the Lord. The excitement was high to hurry into the Promised Land, but Joshua made the people stop and listen. With our fast paced lives, do you stop and listen? Do you keep rushing around blind? Do you get caught up in tasks? Are you too busy for God? Try this. Before making your schedule, take time to focus on what God wants from all of your activities. Get to know what God says before you rush into your day. This will help you avoid mistakes.
